The Danville Local School district is coordinating its efforts with the Knox Public Health/Knox County Community Health Center and the Sanctuary Community Action of Eastern Knox County to support and engage students and their families in activities that promote student wellness and success. With the Student Success and Wellness funds made available to the school district by the state of Ohio, the organizations will collaborate to make available and sponsor the following services as needed: mental health services, community liaisons, physical health care services, mentoring programs, family engagement/support services and student services provided before or after the regularly scheduled school day or any time school is not in session.
